Representative Wilson with Donald G. "Don" Stratton, an American hero who survived the sinking of the USS Arizona and Pearl Harbor.  The House welcomed Don Stratton as a special guest on the Floor, and they passed House Joint Resolution 18-1009, which designated the Fillmore Street Bridge as the "Donald 'Don' Stratton Bridge".
